This user agreement is between Hattie's U Design It,
and you.
And it applies to the purchase of any services
ordered by you.

By hiring Hattie's U Design It and using our services
you are agreeing to our terms and services and this is a legally
binding contract between Hattie's U Design It and yourself. We
reserves the right to change or modify this contract at any time
without notice. This will apply if you read them or not!
Privacy:
Your privacy is very important
to us! We will not sell, trade or give away your information
in any way!!
Warranty:
Hattie's U Design provides our website builder with
no warranty or condition. We try very hard to
make your website online 24 hours a day every day!!
But we can not always foresee or control technical
problems that interrupt service. Hattie's U Design
it may not be held responsible or liable for any
loss income, or any and all damages arising out of
or in connection with our services.
Billing
Policy: All new accounts
MUST setup there hosting payments when website has
been setup!!
It is your
responsibility to make sure that your account is
paid up to date.
PayPal Clients: When you setup your
hosting with PayPal it will be a subscription and
you will automatically be billed each month!! If you
change your email or your PayPal account you must
notified us immediately!
Clients paying by Credit Card will
be emailed an invoice a couple days before the due
date!! If there is a problem with the charge they
will be emailed and asked to resolve the problem!
Non-payment - All accounts must be
paid on their due date, regardless their payment
method. Any account not paid by due date is
subject to suspension of website! After two attempts
at billing you and your balance remains unpaid your
website will be suspended. After that if your
account remains unpaid by the last day of the
month and we have not had any contact from you, your
website will be terminated without notice. You will
be subject to a reconnection fee of $50.00 plus all
past due balance must be paid before your account
will be reactivated.
Cancellation: If you wish to
cancel your services you must email us
admin@hattiesworkshop.com There is no
cancellation fees. But all fees paid for is
non-refundable!
Refunds: Due to the nature of our
business we do not offer refunds. Once money is
received for any account, that account is considered
in contract for the service provided by Hattie's U
Design It and is subject to these term of agreement!
Disclaimer: This user agreement is

Customer agrees to defend and hold harmless Hattie's
U Design It, and affiliated companies form and
against any and all claims, damages, losses,
liabilities, suits, actions, demands, proceedings
(whether legal or administrative), and expenses
including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's
fees, threatened, asserted, or filed by a third
party against any of the indemnified parties arising
out of or relating to Customer's use of the
Services. Customer agrees that WE, under any
circumstances, shall not be held responsible or
liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, or loss of
profits, revenue, data or use by Customer, any of
its customers, whether in an action in contract or
strict liability or other legal theory.
