And it applies to the purchase of any services ordered by you.

By hiring Hattie's U Design It and using our services you are agreeing to our terms and services and this is a legally binding contract between Hattie's U Design It and yourself. We reserves the rights to change or modify this contract at any time without notice. And apply if you read them or not!

Privacy: Your privacy is very important to us!  We will not sell, trade or give away your information in any way!!

Warranty: Hattie's U Design provides our website builder with no warranty or condition.  We try very hard to make your website online 24 hours a day every day!! But we can not always foresee or control technical problems that interrupt service. Hattie's U Design it may not be held responsible or liable for any lose income, or any and all damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

Billing Policy:  All new accounts MUST setup there hosting payments when website has been setup!! It is your responsibility to make sure that your account is paid up to date.

Paypal Clients: When you setup your hosting with paypal it will be a subscriptions and you will be automatically billed each month!! If you change your email or your paypal account you must notified us immediately!

Clients paying by Credit card will be emailed an invoice a couple of days before there due date!! If there is a problem with the charge they will be emailed and asked to resolve the problem!

Non-payment- All account must be paid on there due date, regardless there payment method.  And any account not paid by due date is subject to suspension of website! After two attempts at billing you and your balance remains unpaid your website will be suspended.  After that if your account remains unpaid by the  last day of the month and we have not had any contact from you, Your website will be terminated without notice. And will be subject to a reconnection fee of $45.00 plus all past due balance must be paid before your account will be reactivated.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your services you much email us at hattie15@verizon.net. There is no cancellation fees. But all fees paid for is non-refundable!

Refunds: Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds. Once money is received for any account, that account is considered in contract for the service provided by Hattie's U Design It and is subject to these term of agreement!
